from stuck to 400 finished tracks a year
Updated: Dec 10, 2018
Some of you who know me, know that few years ago I started making music every day (hugely thank to coming across Mike Monday). It eventually became like eating: something that you do naturally without feeling you have to do it.
With over 400 tracks made in the last 12 months, it really became a fundamental part of who I am and it's making me grow not only as an artist but as a person.
First, I understood the value of focusing your mental energy on the 'process', as opposed to the 'outcome' that is outside of your control. This helps your confidence source shift from outside validation to coming from your inner self.
Second, it attests that you can do anything you really want, if you commit to it. I work often 60+hours per week on another project, but always carve time to make music. After all, this is what we all do with eating as well 😉 .
Third, daily constant action produces positive effects that will, in turn, get you closer to your vision and faster. And I received a lot back from labels, other artists and people more than ever before.
If you are struggling with another job and want to have a chat about how to make time, shoot me a message and I will share my learnings.
To a life full of what you want and a new season full of music.
